Wheat Haleem :

Ingredients

  • Meat                                           1 medium piece
  • White beans                              1 tablespoon
  • Semi-squashed wheat             1 tablespoon
  • Onion                                          A quarter of a small onion
  • Potato                                         1 small potato
  • Butter                                          1 dessertspoon

Recipe: Soak white beans from last night and change its water for several times. Then cook beans with meat, onion and wheat. When all materials are quietly cooked, squash them. Now, shred potatoes and add to the food. Finally, add butter.


Legumes Soap :

Ingredients

  • Grinded lamb meat                                                                 In size of a matchbox
  • Beans and lentils                                                                     1 tablespoon
  • Rice                                                                                            1 tablespoon
  • Onion                                                                                         A quarter of a small onion
  • Vegetables (chopped parsley, coriander and dill)              1 tablespoon
  • Butter                                                                                         Half of dessertspoon

Recipe: Soak beans and lentils from last night and change its water. Then cook them quietly in a pot with meat and onion. Then add rice and vegetable and continue to cook till rice glaze. At the end, add butter.
